Perfectly located in the heart of Puglia's valley d'Itria, this unique, 9 cone trullo is complemented by a modern glass-fronted living/dining area and a barrel vaulted fully equipped kitchen. The shaded pergola for eating and lounging and the spectacular infinity pool surround the beautifully planted courtyard. There is air-conditioning and high speed wifi throughout. The space Trullo Infinito has been recently renovated. There are wifi transmitters in three bedrooms and both living rooms as well as in the garden, so, unlike most trulli, you can connect to high speed internet everywhere on the property. Trullo Infinito is located in a 2 hectare (4 acre) property and surrounded by beautiful olive groves. You will need a car to stay here. Once you turn off the main road you have over 1km before you reach the house , this country road is narrow and the last section is unpaved. There is plenty of space to park beside the trullo. The property is secluded and completely remote but you are less than 15 minutes from beautiful hilltop towns like Ostuni, Cisternino, Martina Franca and Ceglie Messapica where you can enjoy fabulous local food and explore the ancient alleyways of each 'centro storico'. The stunning stone courtyard with a central olive tree, pergola and pool area with lush Mediterranean planting faces south and gives you total privacy. From the pergola with its dining and seating and BBQ areas, there are steps up to a roof terrace perfect for stargazing or watching the sunset over the Puglian countryside. The characterful bedrooms and bathrooms are all in the old trullo and the large living room and kitchen are in the modern, architect-designed extension. There is a further living room, table area and lounging area in the trullo. There are many dry stone walls on the property as well as fruit trees, over a hundred olive trees, wild flowers and a crumbling historic trullo. The pool is an ion-treated fresh-water infinity pool with a shallow beach area for lounging and steps down to the shallow end. The pool ranges from 1.2m to 1.8m at the deep end. It is kept warm by a heat pump powered by solar panels. There is an outside shower and eight loungers by the pool. The pool and the dry stone walls surrounding it can be lit up at night for an evening swim. Pool towels are supplied. Swim, relax and unwind at Trullo Infinito - a completely unique experience. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire property except for a small storage room next to the kitchen which is locked. For your own safety you are not allowed on the trullo roof and we advise against climbing on any of the high dry stone walls around the property. Other things to note When renting a car, be aware the road to the trullo is narrow and the final section is un-paved so you may not want to hire a very wide or low-slung car. The water is from a well that draws from a natural source 340m below ground. The water is drinkable and we have it tested every year. Our family all drink it but as it is not treated you may prefer to drink bottled water. The phone signal is not great depending on your carrier, so you may rely more on the wifi. Please don't leave the air conditioning on when any doors or windows are open. The ceiling fans are a more eco solution. Please turn off all exterior lights before going to bed. Once a week the property is cleaned and the towels and sheets are changed . The pool cleaner and the gardener visit the property once a week for maintenance. Registration Details IT074012C200071852
