Each bedroom has a ceiling fan to keep you cool. Bedroom one has a queen bed, second bedroom has two singles and there is a queen air mattress available. Bathroom has a shower tub with shampoo, conditioner provided. New mini-split air conditioner will instantly cool you down with the perfect blast of cold air or heat for warmth. Portable heater also available. Baby highchair, baby bathtub and pack n play crib included. Kitchen has stainless steel refrigerator and gas stove. It is stocked with cooking equipments like pots, pans, a rice cooker, insta pot pressure cooker, Keurig coffee machine, air fryer, blender and your basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, garlic salt, soy sauce, vegetable oil) for cooking . Private patio has a canopy for shade, BBQ grill and is the perfect place to unwind. Please do not use the front door of the house. Enter home from the back driveway (on Hill Ave) through kitchen door. Washer and dryer is available in the garage which is shared with the tenant living in the studio. Other things to note There is a tenant living in the back studio. They park on the street and will not be sharing any part of the home. Gardener comes every Tuesday to clean the leaves in the patio. The driveway is high be careful if you have a low car when driving in not to scratch. Please park on the street if your car leaks oil. Pets must be registered with your reservation there is a $50 one time fee.
