You are steps from all of the Sugarloaf trails; the snubber lift, mountain-biking and xc trails, and a dog walking trail right across the babbling brook. This lower unit is a perfect spot for you to spend your vacation at Sugarloaf! This condo features one bedroom with a queen bed and set of bunks, full bathroom, kitchen, washer/dryer, and a sectional couch big enough for the whole family! The space Hop on your skis in the morning and the Snubber Chairlift will take you to the base area. Your rental includes access to an indoor heated pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna, reading room, and game room exclusively for Snowbrook guests. The complimentary Sugarloaf Explorer provides round-the-clock rides to restaurants, pubs, shops, and mountain amenities. The unit also features an outdoor gear locker to safely stow your skis. Also enjoy the outdoor skating pond located in Snowbrook Village (bring your own skates!) In the summer time take advantage of the tennis courts and all there is to do in the serene setting of Sugarloaf Mountain. The Outdoor Center offers biking trails and the Narrow Gauge Pathway offers biking, hiking and walking along the Carrabassett River. Bring your swim suit and stop at the numerous swimming holes along the route. The Trent Jones Golf Course is also just minutes away. Mountain biking trails are become very popular in the summer too! The Anti-Gravity Rec Center, X-Country Touring Center, Sugartree Health Club, Sugarloaf Daycare and Sugarloaf Golf Course are all nearby. Snowmobiling and other ski resorts are close to your location. Try out the new Sugarloaf Zip-Line. Enjoy boating and swimming on 27 miles of Flagstaff Lake during your summer vacation. Please realize we do not control the weather and if the mountain closes, there are still many things you can do in the area! You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use your pass due to weather-related or wind-related events, including snow levels. The pool house is free to all of our Snowbrook guests. This amenity is offered by the association. It is open by reservation during the ski season and by key during the off season. The hot tubs do not operate in the Summer. We are not in control of the pool house hours or operations. You will not be eligible for a refund based on any inability to use the pool house. We are more than happy to reach out to the pool house to get up to date schedules upon request. They usually close twice a year for deep cleaning.
