TRASH & GARBAGE DISPOSAL Please leave your trash inside the apartment when you check out — our housekeeper will take care of it. If you need to dispose of it during your stay, you’ll find city trash containers nearby on the street. Kindly do not leave any garbage at the apartment door or in the building’s common areas. CLIMATE CONTROL NOTICE Our apartment is equipped with a centralized climate control system that operates in accordance with Tuscany regional regulations and the building management’s seasonal guidelines. Air conditioning is available only during the Summer months, when permitted and necessary. Heating is active only during the Winter season, as required by local rules. Please note that heating is centrally managed by our building and is subject to preset time schedules, which we do not control. These systems are not interchangeable and are seasonally regulated. We kindly ask guests to consider this setup when booking, as it reflects both legal requirements and building-level environmental standards.
