Lawlers 39 is ideally situated and boasts beautiful ‘top of the world’ valley views. Centrally located within a one minute walk or ski to ski lifts, bars, restaurants, shops, medical centre and shuttle buses, as well as having the convenience of one dedicated reserved car space. The space ~Fully equipped entertainers kitchen with island and stone bench tops provides an opportunity to comfortably cater for a full house. ~Nespresso machine and set of capsules provided for each stay. ~Bathrooms are generously stocked with hand-made soap by Beechworth based Wild Emery, luxurious Endota Spa hand/body wash and lotion products for the adults and the kids get their own treat with Melbourne based Punk Angel body/hair wash. ~Accommodation for up to 12 people with two stylish and private queen bedrooms, each with en-suite, and two beautifully designed bunk rooms with 4 bunk beds in each. ~Additional bathroom with new Fisher & Paykel washer and dryer and a further, separate toilet. ~Well designed drying room within the apartment offers complete convenience and security for all of your prized ski gear and equipment. ~Private balcony to enjoy the stunning valley views. ~Windows to both the East and West provide natural light all day, and views of stunning sunset skies for your apres ski enjoyment. ~New shutters in all bedrooms and curtains with black out lining in the living area provide maximum flexibility to suit both early and late risers. ~Once you’ve settled in, kick back and savour complimentary bottles of Shiraz and Chardonnay from the award winning Mayford winery just below the mountains in Porepunkah. ~This is a STRICTLY no smoking and no pets apartment. ~We offer two luxury apartment options in the central Mount Hotham area. We are happy to assist with arrival and luggage or even deliver you to the door by Ski-Doo! Please make arrangements with us prior to arrival. Other things to note All vehicles entering Mt Hotham resort during the snow season (usually June long weekend to early October), are required to pay a resort entry fee which contributes to the costs of operating the resort. For short stays, a day or multi-day permit is available, for regular visitors and seasonal residents, season permits may offer the best value. It is a legal requirement of the Mount Hotham Alpine Resort Management Board (as per the Alpine Resorts (Management) Regulations 2009) that chains must be carried during the declared winter period, and only diamond pattern chains are permitted. All vehicles must carry chains when entering the resort. All vehicles must fit chains as directed by ‘fit chains’ signage. Exemptions for fitting chains (ie. 4WD exemption) are determined by road conditions on an ongoing basis. Fitting winter/snow tyres does not negate the requirement to carry or fit chains as directed.
