Beach house with swimming pool, garden and barbecue area

The house has 2 independent, very spacious suites, with a double bed, and a double single box bed, for 4 people each. Air conditioning and ceiling fan. Equipped kitchen. Balcony with hammocks and furniture for your leisure and rest. On the grounds we have coconut trees, mangoes, flowers. The wifi is stable. TV with Claro channels; private barbecue grill. Swimming pool on another plot of land, between the 2 houses, with a barbecue area, which can be shared. We're 500 meters from the beach. Street with access to the sea. The space It is a house with 2 large suites for up to 8 people, with a private barbecue grill. We are building another complete studio attached, which can be booked together or separately. We have a shared pool and shower. Large garden with fruit trees, coconut tree producing. On the street of the house, we have access to the sea, 500m from the beach. Guest access The Guest will have access to the garden and pool area, and shower. Upon request and if there are no guests in the other house, the pool area barbecue may be used. Other things to note Fruits and coconuts are for everyone! Never jump into the pool to avoid water runoff. Clean up sand and do not touch the equipment. Use water sparingly, do not wash your vehicle. We have 2 semi-artesian wells in the house. Use water sparingly without waste. Light fluctuations may occur on holidays, access is by dirt road. There are surveillance cameras on the balconies and the entire outdoor area. Visitors are not allowed, only with authorization. Before entering the pool, remove oil, sunscreen and sand in the shower. Do not bring drinks to the pool, or animals. Extra cleaning is $120.00. We are not responsible for any accidents with animals or children; take care of them in the garden, pool, stairs. The rental is seasonal, by tenant law, it is not a hotel, send documentation and proof of address. External causes (power outages, rain, storms) do not entitle you to a refund of daily rates or termination.
