Welcome to our home. The house is ideally located 2 steps from the city center of La Chevrolière. Its soft and warm decoration will charm you. With its 3 bedrooms, large living room, fully equipped kitchen and large terrace overlooking the pool, it is the perfect base for families wishing to visit the region. Go to the coast, discover the beaches of Pornic (30 min) and Noirmoutier (45 min) and don't forget the fabulous Puy du Fou park. The space Located in a residential area, the fully equipped 145 m2 house will welcome you for special moments with your family around the pool. Equipped with a bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200) with a closet-dressing room and an adjoining bathroom, a second bedroom equipped with two single beds (90 x 190) and also a closet-dressing room, as well as a third bedroom with a bunk bed (90 x 190), a bathroom with a bathtub, a desk to be able to telework, a pleasant living room/kitchen area fully equipped. In addition to a very warm decoration combining stone and modern, optimal comfort is assured in this ready-to-live house. It is fully equipped so that all you have to do is put your bags down. It has: coffee maker, kettle, toaster, refrigerator, microwave, oven, washing machine, ironing board, iron, hairdryer, TV, Wi-Fi. Sheets, towels, dish towels, bath mats, are provided, your bed will be made upon arrival! Pool towels are not provided. Free Wi-Fi internet access throughout the property. The pool is secured by an alarm. Nothing replaces adult vigilance, never leave a child alone near or in the pool. When you arrive, you will find a welcome booklet that will make you feel right at home. We'll show you the places you don't want to miss, the good addresses. To simplify your arrival, we offer brunch, aperitif and flowers on request (on order). Guest access The house is fully available for guest use. Two parking spaces are located in front of the house. Other things to note Access: 3 minutes by car from the town center and its shops 5 min from Lac de Grand Lieu 20 minutes from the center of Nantes 30 minutes from Pornic 45 minutes from Noirmoutier 60 min from Puy du Fou... No pets allowed. Parties and noise are not allowed. Check-in: from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m. Check-out: until 10 a.m. Please note that in the event of non-compliance with these rules, you will be charged an additional fee. A security deposit check of €1,000 will be requested and returned upon checkout.
