South-facing, views of Sierra del Cuera The space This is a licensed Tourist Housing apartment in a modern development that has a garage on floor -1 and an elevator to floor 1, where the apartment is located. It has a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. Another room with two 90cm beds in which we can set up an additional 90cm bed to turn it into a triple when groups of 5 come and, additionally, we have an extra bed to install in the living room, between one of the sofas and the glass of the viewpoint, for groups of 6 people. We have a travel crib, which we install at no additional cost. The development is 14 min. walk from the center (city hall) according to Google Maps. It is in a quiet area but allows you to walk to the pedestrian area of Llanes without having to move the car. Other things to note No pets allowed. No smoking in the home or in the common areas inside the building. Parties are strictly forbidden, as well as making noise from 10 pm to 9 am. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the Local Police or Civil Guard of Llanes being notified. A set of sheets and towels per guest is provided, and an additional set of 150cm and 90cm bedding as a reserve.
