Exmouth Studio Room

Accessed via the front door to our family home and located straight off the main entrance hall a private, clean, light and airy studio room with en-suite shower room. There is a small kitchen area with kettle, toaster, microwave & mini fridge. Tea, coffee & milk provided. Freesat TV in the room & WiFi. You have your own small private area of decking with table & two chairs. The space Quiet, residential location. Bright and airy accommodation. Newly refurbished. One mile out of Exmouth centre. The front door and entrance hall are the only areas shared with the owner. We usually use the back door when we have guests staying so as to give guests quiet and privacy. Accommodates up to 4 in a King size bed with memory foam mattress and sofa bed (two foam mattresses alongside each other with mattress topper for extra comfort). Guest access You enter the accommodation through the front door and entrance hall of the main house. The door to the studio room is off the shared entrance hall. The studio room has its own lock and key. Guests only have use of the studio room and do not have access to the rest of the main house or garden. Other things to note We are a busy family home with dogs & children. The studio room is not a separate building so you may hear us at times. Although the studio room sleeps 4 it is not suitable for two couples wanting to stay at the same time or for single sex or mixed single groups of more than 2 adults. The extra beds provided by the sofa bed are for family groups. Please be aware that there are two steps up to the front door. Heating is controlled from our side so please let us know if you are too hot or too cold. For your safety please be aware that the decking is raised and is quite high up. It is bordered by a wire balustrade so caution may be needed with young children.
