Relax in this cozy two-bedroom cottage. A country kitchen with a dining area attached. The living room area is very spacious and is dressed with leather furniture. The bedrooms consist of a king bed and a queen in the other. Gorgeous! A beautiful backyard, a huge deck with a private bon-fire pit. This cottage does not have a Waterview however has access to a private beach within a few minutes. A great spot for long-term rental as well. A great place to unwind. Breathe. Live. The space The guest will rent the entire house. Huge deck and backyard. Guests will also have access to a private beach which will include kayaks, paddle boards, a floating island, and many lounge chairs on the beach to relax in. Pool on site! Coffee House on site! {Please bring your life jacket if you intend on doing any water sports.} Guest access Beach access, volleyball net, yard games, horseshoes, ring toss, book club, and private bonfire pit Guests have access to everything on the property. There is a Laundry Room onsite. One of a Find gift shop directly across the road for you to shop for gifts or perhaps you forgot a few things. Whatever the case may be..... it's here for you. A NEW, coffee shop (self-serve) is now open onsite. Just another beautiful spot overlooking the river. Amazing spot. A definite place to visit while here. Other things to note We love to see our guests enjoy the grounds, the views, the peacefulness and the privacy. You can enjoy the river from your deck or relax in one of the loungers closer to the water. Take a walk or drive next door to Crystal Beach for a refreshing swim or just a walk up the beach to enjoy more of the area. Get ready for the best sunsets you will ever witness as the sun slowly goes down. Relax and unwind with a crackling fire at your private pit. There is so much not to see, do and experience with us. This is where memories are made. Please read over our pet-friendly rules below. COTTAGE PET RULES Please keep your pet on a leash at all times. Pets must not exceed 25 lbs. Please clean up after your pet inside and out. Pets are not permitted on the furniture or beds. (Please bring your pets bedding with you.) Please do not leave your pet unattended for long periods of time. (Pets can become upset in unfamiliar places and bark when stressed.) Pet owners are fully responsible for any damages that their pet is responsible for. Only one pet per pet-friendly cottage. Thank you for understanding.
