Room in Podere Maremmano

Inside our house in the countryside of Bagno di Gavorrano, 12 km from the sea of Follonica and Cala Violina, we rent a large room of 25 square meters with a private bathroom that can accommodate 2 people. We do not provide sheets and towels, but we do provide a large kitchen that could be shared with guests in another room. If you prefer to cook and eat independently, you can use an outdoor kitchen. Check-in time can be arranged in advance. The space We are not an agritourism or a residence but a simple country house where you live and work. If you need it, in addition to this room, there are three other rooms in the house with their own private bathroom that can be rented. The outdoor spaces include a barbecue area and two large tables for outdoor dining. Guest access The room is accessed by an internal staircase that leads to the first floor. The room has a private bathroom, armchair, desk, wardrobe and dresser. It does not have air conditioning but a floor fan. There is plenty of space for cars. By contacting me, I can better explain the situation. During your stay Normally, you will be welcomed by me. If this is not possible, we will arrange for a self check-in. If you wish, we will always be available to give information about the area, places to visit, restaurants, beaches, trails, parks, and much more. We appreciate the fact that we get to know many people with whom we can exchange impressions, but if necessary we can also be very discreet. Other things to note The accommodation tax is €1.50 per person (over 16 years of age) per night for a maximum of 10 nights. We are attentive to cleanliness but, being in the countryside, you may find a blade of grass or an insect. To stay with us, you need to have your own means of transport.
