A delightful country cottage within the glorious Staffordshire Moorlands with amazing views over Staffordshire and Cheshire. In quite a rural location yet close to local shops We are within 12 miles of Capesthorne Hall and only 10 minutes to Biddulph Grange gardens, . It's a scenic drive to historic Leek, Buxton, The Potteries, Trentham Estate, Alton Towers (50mins) and Jodrell Bank The space Lounge with 42 inch TV Games room with dart board, board games, football table, books and card table. Kitchen/dining table for 6, all crockery and utensils, tea towels and dishwasher included. Air Fryer Slow cooker Conservatory. Small utility room with washing machine and dryer Downstairs cloakroom. Master bedroom with en-suite. Two further double bedrooms. All bedrooms have linen and towels, spare blankets and pillows. Each bedroom has a 32 inch TV. There is a single folding bed for anyone who needs to use it. Main bathroom has a separate shower cubicle and bath. If your Bringing your dogs( 2 are allowed ), 3 if they are small and well behaved, there are Spare leads hung in the utility room Water and feed bowls are available to use. Outdoor seating for six in the rear garden with gas BBQ,(available April until September) Rear garden is secure. There is a heated furnished Gazebo for your use Guest access Entire cottage and garden Access through the conservatory Other things to note We love you to bring your dogs for a holiday but need to advise a maximum of 2 DOGS per visit. The cottage is for six people only and must NOT exceed this. There is on site parking for a maximum of 3 Cars
