Directly on the water, we have an assortment of lounge chairs and seating for you to relax upon. You may fish off our dock or take the paddle board out for a whirl, there’s a kayak too. There is a gas grill to maximize your time next to the water. This backyard is the perfect place for a morning cup of coffee, dolphin & bird watching, meditation, working from home, sunset dinner & nightly stargazing. _______________________________________________________________ The bedroom is tranquil & beautiful for a perfect night sleep on the king memory foam bed underneath a lovely chandelier. You have your own television with cable and Netflix & Prime access. Whether you travel heavy or light, you will find ample storage space for your belongings, there is a large closet. _______________________________________________________________ The common area looks directly out onto the intracoastal, where you just may see a family of dolphins teaching their young to feed. The kitchen, dining and living room share the incredible view. The open floor plan affords you the luxury of always having the view. The gourmet kitchen has an electric state of the art range, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker, microwave and other kitchen essentials for any level of cooking. You will love the picturesque drift wood dining room table, which is the perfect place for a vacation photo-op. The living room has a large flat screen TV directly above your indoor/outdoor fireplace, and a comfy sectional to kickback on. This sectional pulls out into a queen size memory foam bed, where you may wake up to the most beautiful sunrises. ________________________________________________________________ The bathroom is a dream, from the spa like shower to the chic vanity, you will feel luxurious after one use. Directly next to the bathroom is a closet, where towels are provided. All sand-free items can be cleaned at your leisure in the washer/dryer, that is located in your villa. ________________________________________________________________ The property has 3 separate villas currently, we reside in one and the other two are furnished rentals. Our villa is by the entrance gate and yours is towards the rear of the property, on the water. We may cross paths amidst our daily comings and goings but we are extremely respectful of our guests privacy. _______________________________________________________________ There are many reputable boat, jet ski, moped, kayak, paddle board, bike rental places nearby. Or you may choose to bring your own boat or other watercraft(s), our dock is open for use to our guest. The launch/ramp is a 5 minute ride from the villa. There is fishing, golf, sailing & so much more close by. A quick walk to a wonderful shaded local children’s park that also has tennis & basketball courts just a 2-3 minutes away. Guests have full access to their villa as well as the backyard. You will receive instructions the day of arrival regarding the passcode to enter the property and the villa . The manual will explain what guests may use and if there is anything off limits (brick oven). We want you to feel at home and have provided all of the amenities to do so. Indian Rocks Beach is a walkable neighborhood, where families & the young at heart come to escape the winter chill, while the locals live here to enjoy the eternal summer. Dali Museum, John’s Pass, Fort DeSoto, Busch Gardens & many other popular destinations in the surrounding area. Designated parking spot for each villa is provided on our parking pad. We provide: In-unit washer/dryer, cable, Netflix, wifi, games (checkers, chess, cards, dominos & bocce ball), a coded hotel-like safe for your valuables, bar accessories, pots and pans, dinnerware, bath towels, beach towels, hair dryer, iron, toilet paper, paper towels, shampoo, pillows, linens and blankets for all beds & much more. ________________________________________ 2 guests maximum. Please be responsible. No pets allowed, whatsoever. No parties or events at the villa. No smoking anything AT ALL, inside the villa. Please do not smoke on the parking pad. Smoking on the dock is ok & the villas patio as long as all ash and butts are put in an ashtray. A claim will be made for any damages.
