Casa Rosa dei Venti opens its doors to the summer season and the Corona brothers invite you to stay in this wonderful corner of Sardinia where you can enjoy breathtaking sunsets. The house is located in the village of Costa Paradiso, in a natural park characterized by granite rocks and Mediterranean scrub, north of Sardinia between Santa Teresa di Gallura and Castelsardo. The space The house can accommodate up to a maximum of 4 people and consists of a living room with kitchenette, built with local stone; three steps separate the living area from the sleeping area, a double bedroom with en suite bathroom, twin/double bedroom, bathroom. Two gardens distinguish the house; one facing the sea with a veranda equipped with table, chairs, barbecue and deckchairs; the other interior has a shower and washing machine compartment. Guest access Our guests have access to all public areas of the residence in compliance with the rules present on site. Overall, we ask you to respect the classic rules of good neighborliness. Other things to note MANDATORY COSTS, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE, TO BE PAID ON THE SPOT: -Compulsory tourist tax: 2,00 € per person, per night until 10 nights, to pay in cash on the spot (free for child under 10 years old and for adults over 75 years old). SERVICES ON REQUEST, NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE: -Bed linen rental: 12€ per person, per week -Towels rental: 12€ per person, per week -Pocket Wi-Fi rental: €25 per week (100GB available). Each extra top-up €15 -In case you have an animal I ask you an addition of 35€ to pay on site. UPON REQUEST WE CAN PROVIDE: -High chair for babies, -Children's bed, -Midweek cleaning (cost to be established on site).
