La Grange de Pardies Classified cottage and Bonheur Farm

Ranked 2* A cocoon apartment, annexed to an 18th century farmhouse, set in a peaceful setting and surrounded by meadows and pets. La Grange overlooks an old Gallo-Roman cemetery and the Gallo-Roman "Villa" of the Pardies site. You're both in the countryside and close to the amenities the city offers. As welcome gifts: fresh eggs from my chickens and local produce from our two partners: Kiwis Délices in Sorde and Maison Barthouil in Peyrehorade. The space The 34 m² studio (completely refurbished in 2022) is equipped with fiber optics. It includes a fully equipped and independent kitchen, overlooking a south facing terrace not overlooked. A sliding door opens onto the very bright, east-facing bedroom, which features a large bay window, a 140 x 190 cm (55 x 75 in) double bed (new box spring and mattress purchased in November 2024), a walk-in closet, a double sofa bed that can be converted into a single bed, a TV, and a desk. A bathroom with balneo bath and a double vanity, an independent toilet, complete the accommodation. Bath linens provided. Bed linens provided. Duvet and pillows available. Baby cot (sheets included) available. Baby dishes and high chair available. Tassimo coffee and cappuccino available. Italian coffee maker. Kettle and toaster. Towel, sopalin, dish soap, toilet paper are part of the accommodation. Guest access The entrance door of the cottage is located to the right of the large plane tree. The entrance leads to your private terrace. All the outdoor areas of La Grange are accessible: meadows where chickens, roosters, and rabbits in the wild live. The Ouessant sheep and their lambs welcome you to their meadow. Pop, Clochette, and Minus, the dwarf goats, will be a little more reserved. And finally, the Miss Guinea Pigs in the sheepfold and their private park will be available to you, always on the lookout for a little piece of red pepper. From the apartment you can reach hiking trails that will take you to the banks of the Gave. Finally, Lac de la Sablère, 700m walk away, is a pretty site set up for picnics and fishing.
