Newly renovated cozy studio in the city centre

Newly renovated 25 m2 studio in a three story house, located in the old town, close to city central and the harbor. Very cosy on the ground floor with private entrance, kitchenette and private bathroom. Great location, quiet but still just five minutes to the city center. We take extra care of cleaning and sanitizing due to the corona virus situation. The space The studio is about 25 m2 and has a private entrance and a privat bathroom with a kitchenette. It is perfect for two. The studio is placed on the ground floor of our 110 years old house where we, family of five, live on the upper two floors. The house is a wooden house, one of the typical old charming houses in Reykjavik in the charming district, old west. There is a storage room as well on the ground floor that we have access to but we hardly use it. Other things to note The entrance to the studio is through the brown door facing the street.
