In addition to having an ecological fireplace to warm the whole environment even more. Privileged location: Vila Inglesa neighborhood – on a cul-de-sac, safe, quiet and surrounded by high-end houses. Only 2 km from Capivari and 5 min from the bus station. Important: access by a small stretch of gravel dirt (400m), but Uber and Ifood arrive normally. Because it is a very quiet place, the noise echoes a lot and some noises can be noticeable, so we ask for attention the Law of Silence, after 10pm. In the outdoor area, in front of the Studios and in common use, you can feel free to wander and relax in the open air in the garden with aromatic plants, gazebo, swing and water fountain, in addition to using the floor fire space. We love animals! We have four dogs (Jordão, Cacau, Flora and Roger, our pug) that are always kept in the kennel in the back of the residence, without access to the Studios. They are docile and do not bother guests, but can be seen or heard occasionally.
