The Long Shed, a tastefully converted space offers a unique, cosy interior with a natural sanctuary just outside the door. Within just a 10 min walk you can be at our private cove for sea swimming and seal spotting or atop a spectacular cliff with panoramic views.. or take a wander through our valley full of native flora and fauna. Conveniently situated not far from the airport, ferryport, Cork city and the historical town of Kinsale yet filled with a sense of being way off the beaten track. The space This is an open plan space with one small double bed on the mezzanine and one sofa bed downstairs .. there is also an option to use a small single bed on the balcony area. Please be aware that as the space is open plan, privacy could be an issue for some and the stairs make it unsuitable for toddlers. Guest access The annex is a fully equipped space. There is a dedicated parking area outside in the yard and a little terrace with table and chairs. You are welcome to walk around our property which includes a short walk to Man of War Cove, our private beach. Other things to note Please be advised that we have 4 largeish friendly dogs who do not have free reign but you may encounter them. Our land is bordered by the sea and beautiful cliffs which is yours to explore. Please take reasonable caution when walking. It is a wildlife sanctuary with plenty of biodiversity. Please leave everything as you find it. We do not allow the use of drones or fireworks and we ask that you don't share exact location on social media platforms.
