This villa has two floors. the first floor offers two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a wide living-room and a separate kitchen with a wide terrace from which you can enjoy breathtaking views towards Denia´s castle and the mediterranean sea. And the ground floor has three bedrooms two bathrooms and another independent kitchen. It also offers a private swimming pool, an outdoor kitchen with barbecue , a well-kept private garden with wide green areas and a beautiful pergola to enjoy unforgetable dinners with the whole family. Guest access The garden, the villa and the parking is to be used only by the guests. There are no common areas shared with others. Nevertheless we will be available all the time in case you would have any questions or doubts. Other things to note This property will not be rented out to groups of people younger than 25 years. Student parties, bachelorette or bachelor parties or any form of drinking parties are not allowed as the Villa is located in a residential area with mandatory regulations regarding noise.
