The space Starting with a privileged location because it is right in the center of Guanajuato in an alley of the emblematic Plaza del Baratillo, so you can enjoy the nightlife, as well as the tourist attractions just a few steps from your accommodation. It also has a double-story terrace for you to enjoy the city view. In a short walk less than 3 minutes away you will find the Jardín Unión, the Juárez Theater, The Basilica of Guanajuato, the University of Guanajuato with its iconic Stairways, a few steps away is the Callejón del Beso, the Alhóndiga de Granaditas, Plaza San Fernando and its picturesque cafes, Plaza San Roque distinguished by its Cervantes interludes, the Diego Rivera Museum, among endless restaurants, bars, museums and all kinds of entertainment for all tastes. The proximity to all the city's attractions will allow you to enjoy your trip without the need to travel by car or public transport. Guanajuato is best enjoyed on foot. Our accommodation has a capacity of up to 16 people divided as follows: -The ground floor is the building's entrance. When entering, go up the stairs, which are 20 steps per floor. -On the first floor are apartments number 1 and 2. Apartment number 1 consists of a living room with a sofa bed, cable TV, a small balcony overlooking the alley, a kitchenette equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, grill, coffee maker and basic kitchen utensils and a full bathroom; in the room there are two double beds and a sofa bed. - Apartment number 2 consists of two main spaces: in the room there is a double bed and two single bunk beds, also two single sofa beds and a balcony. On one side is the fully equipped kitchenette with a spacious refrigerator, gas grill, microwave, coffee maker and basic cooking utensils and a table with benches, it also has a full private bathroom. - On the second floor is apartment number 3, which consists of a kitchen with a gas stove, microwave, coffee maker, minibar, basic cooking utensils and a breakfast bar; in the room there are two double beds, a sofa bed, enough area to store clothes, a rotating television and a private full bathroom. - On the top floor, for guests to enjoy, we have a double-story terrace that has two outdoor rooms, ambient lighting, shade mesh, and lounge chairs with a panoramic view of the city's historic center. It also has all the security measures and has a schedule of use from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM - The rooms are large, spacious and bright. We also have all the necessary amenities to make your stay pleasant; we have towels in the bathrooms, toilet paper, hair dryer, iron, ironing board, safe, shampoo and body soap. (Pets have an additional charge of $300 pesos per stay with a MAXIMUM OF 2 SMALL PETS OR 1 LARGE ONE UP TO 20KG). Guest access Access to our guests is very important to us, so we follow up on the moment through a WA group where we are in contact with them so that their arrival has no inconvenience and the audiovisual guide and instructions for autonomous access to the property are shared with them. During your stay, you will have codes and will be able to access the property as many times as you like without time restrictions. The house is located in a very safe area, so you can enjoy nightlife without any worries. Other things to note It is important to mention that to access the rooms there is a staircase of about 20 steps per floor. Use of the terrace is restricted from 11:00 PM to 10:00 AM daily to avoid disturbing neighbors or other guests. Ignoring this rule may result in a $1,000.00 pesos fine or, in extreme cases, eviction from the house without a refund. It is strictly forbidden to hold gatherings and/or parties in this area. The lights are automatically programmed to turn off at 10:30 PM. After that time, it is not allowed to be on the terrace making noise that could bother the neighbors or our guests. Filming, documentaries, or taking pictures of any kind without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
