Apartment between the Mediterranean and the Pyrenees, close to the Côte Vermeille and Spain: garden level, south facing in a small secure residence with private parking comprising 2 rooms, a loggia, a terrace with barbecue, pergola and garden furniture. The accommodation is intended for a maximum of 4 people (e.g. 1 couple with 2 children). The space A living room with kitchen (glass hob, dishwasher, oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer), in the loggia a wardrobe bed for 2, a TV, a bedroom with 140 cm bed, a bathroom with shower, separate toilet, reversible air conditioning (2025). Other amenities: washing machine, ironing board and iron. Other things to note Warning: We only rent by the week in high season (Saturday to Saturday). We provide cleaning products corresponding to the cleaning fee of €10. Bed and house linen are not provided.
