The space Our home, your next holiday destination, is a large, charming and welcoming house with everything you need to make your stay feel truly home from home. 🛏 Bedrooms There are three bedrooms: two spacious double rooms and one twin room. All bedrooms are large enough to accommodate a travel cot, and on request an additional single bed can be added to the Corner room. 🛋 Living Spaces Guests have access to two lounges. The snug is a relaxed, informal space with sliding doors opening directly onto the garden and outdoor seating area. It’s stocked with books and family-friendly games, making it a perfect place to unwind together. The formal lounge offers plenty of comfortable seating and access to English and French TV. 🍽 Dining & Kitchen The dining area comfortably seats up to ten guests and includes a high chair for younger visitors. It has direct access to the fully equipped kitchen, with everything you’ll need during your stay. Prefer to eat outdoors? Enjoy meals in the outdoor dining area, fire up the BBQ, and relax while watching the world go by. 🧺 Laundry In the cellar, you’ll find a washing machine and tumble dryer for guest use. 🌿 Garden & River Access The garden features several seating areas for relaxing and offers direct access to the river. Guests are welcome to use the canoe and paddle board (at their own risk) to explore the river and enjoy the local area — a real highlight of the house. Other things to note Free parking is available either 20 metres before Les Balcons de la Seugne on the left immediately before the Boulangerie (coming from A10 Cognac) or 100 metres further down the street on the right-hand side.
