I am the owner of the flat and I am a smoker, but I only smoke into the kitchen (with the windows open and there are scented air humidifiers all over the flat) Smoking into the room will have a fee Sometimes I have visits from friends at home on weekend nights, but they are made in the dining room / living room what is the area only for my use (guests cannot access at the living room ) but they are quiet visits / meetings, simply speaking, watching tv ….(they are not parties, no loud music or tv is played or any kind of noise is made).
