Other things to note STAIRS This apartment is on the third floor of a three-story building with stairs in both the front and back of the apartment. COFFEE SUPPLIES / LAUNDRY DETERGENT We do not supply coffee, coffee filters, or laundry detergent among our amenities but encourage guests to leave their unused detergent and coffee supplies for future guests. PARKING The free parking available with this unit is zoned, permit-only street parking. We provide one permit for one car per night of your rental. For guests who are unfamiliar with urban street parking, I've found these pro-tips helpful: - Availability of spots varies. During rush hours there are often spots right next to the building; parking is more difficult overnight and midday and may a few loops around the block or some... ingenuity. - I personally park on the street and, by timing my parking intentionally, I don't generally have problems. - Look for (and read) signs. Street parking is subject to the same rules and regulations that apply to residents. Signs indicate where parking is permitted, closures for repair or cleaning, etc. - Don't worry if you get a little frazzled searching for parking, there are options. The SpotHero app is a great backup plan. You can find and pay for spots within a couple blocks of the apartment as-needed or in advance. Registration Details R22000081482
