Townhouse in a quiet setting

Welcome to our charming one-story house from 2018 in the peaceful Ågerup near Roskilde. Perfect for up to 4 guests, located on a closed road with nature right outside the door. Enjoy a large kitchen-living room, a cozy backyard and easy access to all rooms – ideal for both relaxation and socializing. The space Welcome to my home! I rent out my lovely townhouse, because on many trips, I have appreciated staying in other people's homes. I prefer the personal atmosphere that is in a home to a rental only home. When you stay in my home, you have a nice big kitchen available. From the kitchen there is an open connection to the living room, where there is a large dining table (8 people), and sofa group with TV. Plus, there's plenty of floor space that my own kids use to dance, play, and beat weathermills. The other two rooms of the house are: A children's room with various toys for 9-11 year olds (primarily girls) and a lovely large bed (140x200). One bedroom with double bed 180x200. In addition, the house has a bathroom with a shower and a large entrance/utility room. When you stay my home, you will encounter my personal belongings, but of course I make sure to make space in cabinets and drawers for your things. You are very welcome to use spices, pasta, rice, flour, preserves and the like you will find in the kitchen. The area: A quiet, green area, at the end of a closed road. Ågerup is a larger village 8 km from Roskilde. There are shopping opportunities in the city (15 min by foot, 3 min by car). There is a bus to Ågerup to Roskilde, and from Roskilde you can easily take the train to Copenhagen.
