Welcome to the islets of Brignogan. 🌊 Charming, functional, and cozy, this 30 m² apartment is ideal for a stay as a couple (not suitable for children). Located on a quiet street 300m from Le Garo beach come and relax in our charming seaside resort of Finistere. 😊 The space Welcome, ✨ This apartment is located in a friendly building where everyone shares the small sounds of everyday life. Recent renovations, including ceiling and floor sound insulation in the ground floor and first floor apartments, have been carried out to provide a pleasant living environment. But as in any building, a living atmosphere can be heard. That's why if you're looking for total silence, a detached house will better meet your expectations. 🪴 The apartment consists of the following: 🏠 - A living room living room, fully equipped kitchen dining room (microwave grill, fridge-freezer, two hearth induction hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). 🍳 - A bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer. 🛁 - A bedroom with a bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and workspace. 🛏 - A toilet. 🚾 Bed linen and bath linen are provided. The bed will be made upon arrival. 🧺 The listing is on the second and top floor of a building with no elevator. Cleaning is included but we do ask you to empty the garbage, do the dishes and put the items back in their original places. 🚮 It is possible to park for free in the courtyard (two spaces) or on the public road around the residence.
