Recent renovations, including ceiling and floor sound insulation in the ground floor and first floor apartments, have been carried out to provide a pleasant living environment. But as in any building, a living atmosphere can be heard. That's why if you're looking for total silence, a detached house will better meet your expectations. 🪴 The apartment consists of: 🏠 - A living room living room, fully equipped kitchen dining room (microwave grill, fridge-freezer, two hearth induction hob, washing machine, kettle, toaster, coffee maker). 🍳 - A bathroom with shower, sink, towel dryer, hair dryer. 🛁 - A bedroom with a bed (160 x 200 cm), wardrobe and workspace. 🛏 - A toilet. 🚾 Bed linen and bath linen are provided. The bed will be made upon arrival. 🧺 The listing is on the second and top floor of a building with no elevator.
