Beautiful 53 m2 cocoon apartment 50 meters from the lake, with balconies and corner view of the water! Important information; > For the months of July/August, arrivals and departures only on Saturdays and Sundays > 1st floor without elevator On the lake, 30 seconds on foot, sports activities or relaxation, everything is possible and accessible! Ocean 5 minutes by car and 20 minutes by bike, enough to make a nice walk among the pines! Apartment equipped for toddlers! The space Enjoy the bright living room overlooking a large L-shaped balcony including a loggia, with two large bay windows overlooking the street and the lake. The dining area can accommodate between 4 and 6 people. A high chair is available in the apartment. The seating area is equipped with a sofa, TV and coffee table, promising a good time with family or friends. The kitchen is fully equipped; stove, oven, fridge, microwave, dishes and dishes for the little ones, coffee machine... One bedroom has a 140*190 bed and a TV, and the second has two 90*190 beds (possibility to bring them together to make a large 180*190 bed!). In each room you will find a closet with shelves and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms are located in the rear of the residence (quiet), and have French doors overlooking a long balcony. Sheets are included. A baby cot for little ones is available upon request only. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, towel dryer, hairdryer and washing machine. Towels are provided. A baby bath and changing mat are available. An underground parking space is available for your use. Attention, max height 1.85 m! For the little ones, on request only, we can provide you with a folding stroller, a play mat and a baby bouncer. The apartment must be returned in the same condition as when you arrived. Other things to note The apartment is not accessible to PRM > being on the 1st floor, there are several stairs to access it. No pets allowed. The accommodation is non-smoking. No parties or events allowed
