Centrally located, with easy access to all the beaches, bars and restaurants. The train station is a 15 minute walk and there is plenty of free on street parking available. The space The apartment is all on one level with rear access, ideal for families and anyone with limited mobility. Guest access Guests have full and exclusive use of the apartment and garden. Please note that the apartment does not back onto the train line (as the map location might suggest) and there is no noise from the trains at any time. Other things to note The apartments has super comfy Emma Mattress's, Egyptian cotton bedding, fluffy hotel quality towels and complimentary toiletries. Please note that although we don't allow pets, we do make exceptions for guide dogs and emotional support animals, therefor we can not guarantee that the apartment will be suitable for guests with pet allergy. If in doubt please ask. As the apartment is in a quiet residential area, parties are not permitted and we do ask guests to observe the quiet times in the house rules.
