For those that want to hang out and relax in the air conditioning there is plenty of seating to watch the big screen tv in the main living area. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and are lightly decorated, each has a closet to hang your swim suits and park your flip flops. For overflow guests, there are 2 couches with pull out beds available for your additional guests, so this house can sleep approx 10-12. Guest access You have access to the entire home and yard space with the exception of the attached garage. The washer and dryer are not available as they are located in the attached garage. Parking is in the carport alongside the home, also you may park on the opposite side along the garage in the gravel, parking is also provided in the driveway and there is some street parking as well.
