The Shire is a gated community surrounded by conservation in Davenport near Champions Gate. Our home here is a charming 5-bedroom 4 bathroom detached villa with Private Pool and Spa. As you can see from the photographs the home has been furnished in a classic elegant time honoured style offering you a very comfortable home from home. There are 2 lounges, the first is situated at the front of the home and offers a great quite area for you to relax after a day in the parks, read a book or plan the activities for the next day. The Family Room is situated at the rear of the home and includes a Large Flat Screen TV with a generous corner seating unit and chair, an ideal place for the family to unwind after a long day in the parks and perhaps catch a ball game. The Kitchen is fully equipped and can cater for all your needs, from a light lunch or quick breakfast which can be taken at the cosy nook which overlooks the pool so you can keep an eye on the younger guests. The Dining Area is beautifully designed and is perfect for more formal meals where you can gather and catch up on the day’s events. This home now has the added benefit of a Games Room. Both these rooms would be ideal for siblings or friends to share The outside of the home enjoys an extended deck area with a 30ft pool and spa and is the perfect place to enjoy the day in the Florida sunshine with a good book while watching the children play in the pool. There is a covered Lanai area that includes a table and chairs, ideal for a lazy breakfast or to dine alfresco after a day in the parks. It’s also a lovely place to enjoy the conservation view from the pool deck with a glass of something cold and refreshing each evening as the sun goes down. They must be parked in the garage (they are not allowed if you home has the garage converted to a games room). - Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing - Electric Cars: It is prohibited to charge vehicles at the home. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 fine per charge plus electricity costs. - Your reservation breakdown should include a rental fee, clean fee, booking fee & damage wavier. Additional services will be charged extra. The Shire and The Dales at West Haven are 2 exclusive gated subdivisions within the community of West Haven in Davenport. Located just off Ronald Reagan Boulevard and only 2 minutes from Champions Gate they are perfectly positioned just 9 miles and no more than 15 minutes from Walt Disney World. From the moment you arrive here you know you are staying somewhere special. The Palm Tree lined boulevard that brings you into West Haven just oozes sophistication and all homes in both subdivisions are privately landscaped, so every lawn, bush and tree is immaculately kept here. There are a range of restaurants just minutes away on Highway 27 and the Champions Gate Village shopping area also benefits from supermarkets and a good selection of eateries including Chilli’s, Miller’s Ale House, Tijuana Flats Mexican Grill and the Blue Coast which specialises in Asian Cuisine. There are 3 golf courses within the nearby Champions Gate Resort including one designed by Greg Norman. Reunion Resort is also close by with another 3 championship courses designed by Tom Watson, Arnold Palmer and Jack Nicklaus so it really is a golfer’s paradise. With the added benefit of the I4 Junction being less than a mile from West Haven all of the area attractions are within easy reach and the Atlantic and Gulf Beaches are both can be reached in approximately 1 hour.
