All other times (30p/kwh) The space Nestled within the quiet country village of Capel Coch, the cottage is ideally situated between the nearby town of Llangefni and the east coast of Anglesey. Thanks to the property’s central location, all areas of the island (including lovely beaches, fantastic coastal walks and great places to eat and drink) can be accessed within 30 minutes. Snowdonia National Park and Snowdon (Yr Wyddfa) are also only a 35-40 minute drive away and can be seen from the cottage’s first floor bedroom and enclosed garden, complete with outside seating and a BBQ. Inside, the property accommodates a well-equipped kitchen which includes a breakfast bar, large gas stove, electric oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is the spacious lounge and dining area that benefits from an attractive vaulted ceiling, cosy wood burning stove, table and chairs and patio doors which open out into the private garden. To the rear of the living room is a spiral staircase which leads up to a charming master bedroom furnished with a king-sized bed(200cmx150cm) ample storage, an ensuite and a large velux window that looks out over beautiful countryside views and the Snowdonia mountain range beyond. Back on the ground floor, a second bedroom is located to the rear of the lounge area and features a king-sized bed(190cmx150cm) plentiful storage and another set of patio doors through which you can enjoy a peaceful morning coffee in the garden. Also accessible via the living room is a large, stylish bathroom which includes a shower, a sizable vanity area, toilet and storage. Outside, guests have access to an enclosed garden with table and benches and a private parking area which can accommodate up to two cars comfortably. Given its facilities and two king-sized beds, the property is a desirable place for couples and/or small families to stay. Please be aware that some of the cottage’s features may make it unsuitable for young children., if unsure please ask. Guest access Guests have access to the entire property except for the locked storage room above the kitchen. The garden and parking area are fully-fenced, making it suitable for two well behaved dogs. An EV charger is available to use at cost(currently around 10p/kwh overnight). All other times (30p/kwh) Other things to note Tresygawen Hotel and Spa is a 2 minute drive from the cottage, but also an easy walk should a drink be required in the Hotel bar or why not enjoy the food on offer, Sunday lunch is particularly popular. Although the property is in a rural setting, there are other homes located nearby, so we ask that guests be considerate towards our immediate neighbours and do not play loud music or host parties.
