Centrally located 5 minutes from the CBD, this detached private guest suite is the perfect stop over for anyone on a business trip, break or just passing through. It’s a simple, comfortable space with everything you need including a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom & air conditioning. It’s separate to the main home with a private entrance. Free Wifi & a light breakfast of cereals, porridge & milk included, along with essentials like a fridge, tea & coffee, microwave, cooking basics, & linen. The space The guest suite is a compact but comfortable and cosy space, completely separate to the main house. The kitchenette has a bar fridge, coffee pod machine, microwave, electric cooktop, toaster and kettle, along with all the dining basics. There is also a light breakfast included. The bright modern ensuite bathroom has a shower, toilet and sink. You’ll have full use of the front patio area that includes a couple of hammock chairs - the perfect spot to catch the morning sun. While you are with us, we won’t use the front patio area (other than coming and going). Guest access You’ll have full access to the guest suite via the private entrance just off the front patio area.
