With the local area known for foodie-centric dining experiences, breweries, fly-fishing, hiking, and more, this year-round, 2-bedroom stay is the perfect escape from the city. The a-frame is known for its interior style, with a focus on Scandinavian comfort with 70s mod influence. @nightfox_aframe The space The design-forward home includes two bedrooms, one full bathroom, a kitchen, and a living room/ dining room area. The long dining table is great to work from home or to enjoy amazing meals. On-site amenities include an outdoor barrel sauna, an outside area that includes a beautiful deck great for yoga or relaxing at dusk and a separate fire pit area to sit on Adirondack chairs and enjoy the surrounding nature. One bedroom is located upstairs in the loft and is a beautiful space that allows the morning sunlight to shine right in. The second bedroom is located in the back of the home which provides the perfect separation. The kitchen is stocked with olive oil, salt, pepper, coffee, and all the basic cooking and cleaning tools you may need. The Bertzzoni appliances are perfect for making and enjoying amazing meals! The bathroom comes stocked with Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. So once you arrive you are all set! Other things to note The a-frame is only located 7 minutes from the town of Livingston Manor making it easy to visit restaurants, breweries, the grocery store and more. We will provide a local guide with some of our favorite spots before your arrival. If you are staying with us in the winter, we do have the driveway and roads plowed after a snowfall. However, we do suggest a 4-wheel-drive vehicle as it is in the mountains and has heavy and quick snowfall. If you are staying in the summer, please note there is no AC in the home. The nights and morning are cool and there is fans for both bedrooms provided if needed. Please note the pellet stove inside the home is not available for use.
