Peaceful, relaxing, fishing, sunset, if you desire you can also meet with friends under beautiful tree and firepit. Good Opportunity for Snowbirds (6 months) or to rent for only 1 month minimum. 45 minutes from Ottawa, 20 minutes to Orleans, 15 minutes to Rockland or Plantagenet, for shopping, restaurants, etc. The Park Model is fully furnished. 1) Screen Porch with Large Windows, including Dining Set (can be extended) with Buffet, glasses, wine glasses, napperon, and also have other tables (look at the picture where I was receiving Family and Friends), Sofa, 2 Swivels, TV, Enjoy activity on the Ottawa River, Watch TV, or Relax watching the incredible Sunset. Including Patio Door to your Patio. 2) Patio including Barbecue Infrared, 3 Chairs, Table, Portable Firepit 2) Kitchen all furnished and fully equipped. Dining table with Windows with View of Ottawa River and Sunset, well equipped to cook, wine glasses, martini glasses, etc ...... 3) Living Room including Patio Doors giving you a View of River, Sofa Bed, TV 4) Master Bedroom with Queen Bed, including bedsheets 5) Bathroom with towels, bath w/shower 6) Shed at the back of the house 7) Location on corner Docking available at your own expense.
