Beautiful Stranmillis Townhouse - 2 Double Rooms.

Welcome to Stranmillis, Belfast! A beautiful spot beside the River Lagan - 30 seconds from the front door! We are approx. 1.5 miles from city centre, close to the towpath, Boat Club, Cutters Wharf, Stranmillis College, Queen’s University, Botanic gardens and Lyric Theatre. The house has 3 bedrooms - the 2 on the top floor are for your use and have their own private bathroom. I’ve a friendly cat (Tiberius) and super friendly small dog (Beau)here too. The cat’s usually out while guests are here. The space There are two double rooms available for guest use on the second floor. A private bathroom with shower, bath, toilet available solely for your use. There is also access to the kitchen and a second toilet on the ground floor. Guests also have use of the living room. There is a small back garden too. Guest access Small back garden can be used if you wish to smoke. During your stay There is every chance you will see me or my partner as we live here - though we work a lot and are out a lot at weekends. Extra Guests will attract the extra guests fee for that period. ⭐️⭐️⭐️ ⭐️ We are an LGBT+ 🏳️‍🌈 friendly and inclusive household. ⭐️ We are approx 12 min walk (2 mins taxi) from back of Botanic Gardens ⭐️ We are approx 20 min walk (5 mins taxi) from front of Ormeau park. ⭐️ We are approx 40 min walk (10 min taxi) from Boucher road concert / playing fields. ⭐️ We are approx 35 min walk from City Centre and Kingspan Stadium / Ravenhill - Ulster’s ground ( Over the new bridge at end of street) (7/8 min taxi)
