Wonderful detached beach house with flower garden

The new chalet is located in the quiet and small park "de Koggeplaet". This park is located on the Fluessen, one of the largest lakes in Friesland, and is ideal for water sports enthusiasts and lovers of peace and nature. The luxury chalet, with lounge terrace and garden, exudes the atmosphere of a beach house and has a kitchen (fridge, oven + dishwasher), bathroom (shower + sink), toilet and 4 sleeping places (double bed and sofa bed). The chalet is perfect for couples and families with up to 2 children. The space The chalet is located on its own land, has a beautiful spacious terrace with fantastic unobstructed views and is (a child-safe distance of) a 2-minute walk from the water and the marina. The chalet is equipped with mosquito nets. So you can leave everything open without worries after a warm summer day. Immediately after the entrance is a cozy living room with TV (digitenne), comfortable double sofa bed, armchair, romantic ship's chest and large dining table with 4 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped (gas hob, combi oven, fridge and dishwasher). There is also plenty of cutlery and crockery available. Nespresso including milk frother are provided. The master bedroom has a spacious double bed with a nice mattress, bedside tables and power outlets. There is one extra set of bed linen per bed (for sofa bed as well as bed in the bedroom). The chalet also has a toilet and a simple but spacious bathroom with sink and a nice shower with large shower head. There are plenty of towels per person. In the garden, there is a nice lounge set with a table. You have a wonderful unobstructed view over the meadows and can read a book in peace under the trees. Furthermore, you can enjoy eating outside. Grill and outdoor dining table are provided. When it's dark, you can turn on the cozy dim lighting. Guest access Parking is free in the parking lot. In addition, there is a beach 2 minutes away where you can cool off. Other things to note We also regularly use this luxuriously furnished chalet. We are happy to share this unique place and accommodation with others and assume that our belongings will be treated with respect.
