We invite you to enjoy the rustic beauty of our carriage house. This unique beauty has been artistically designed to bring art and comfort while surrounded by 12 acres in the Catskills. This newly built 800 square foot studio has everything needed from heated floors to central air . The studio is fully stocked with all the comforts of home. We are 3 miles from the Reservoir, Ashoke Rail Trail. 15 miles from Mohonk, many hiking trails,Woodstock,Phoenica and Kingston. The space We are registered as a short term rental Town of Olive and Ulster county. Number STR-22-27 Ulster county registration number 11133. Other things to note Just an FYI , we do live in the woods and sometimes the power goes out and the internet. We do have a generator but not everything is powered. When parking the car, we ask that you park parallel to the big rocks across from the carriage house.
