Spasious apartment in beautiful Frederiksberg!

Spacious apartment in beautiful Copenhagen. Close to the city center and the best neighborhoods in town. Our place is light and friendly with everything you need for a nice stay. We are very happy with our home and hope you will feel very much at home here too. We live a 5 minutes walk from the Metro, 15 minutes walk to the townhall. In our area you will find a small park, shops, restaurants and cafes. The apartment has 3 balconies and garden shared with the rest of our building. The space Us: We are a family of 4, 2 teachers, a teenage girl and a stubbern 3-year-old. We love Cobenhagen but really enyou traveling as well. The apartment: Deluxe furnished apartment with modern Danish design in the beautiful Frederiksberg, Copenhagen, only 15 minutes from the city center on foot. Our home is a typical Danish luxury apartment from the beginning of the last century with very high ceilings and wooden floors. It has been renovated and given a touch of cool Nordic style. All walls are light and the flat seems light and friendly. It is a 171 m2 apartment on the 4rd floor with a high-tech, bran-new kitchen, three bedrooms (3 beds), one bathroom with bathtub and shower, a walk-in-closet with an additional fridge. The new kitchen includes all of the latest accessories such as induction-hob, silent hood with an external fan, microwave, dishwasher, a tap with instant boiling water and much more. We have three balconies. A smaller one facing the street and two nicely sized balconies facing the yard. The apartment is fully e quipped  with cable TV and a 40 M-bit internet connection.  There is a surround-sound-system along with the 44 inches flat-screen-TV in the main bedroom. In our ekstra room we have a combo washing-and tumblemachine. There is no cleaning fee. Instead we expect you to leave the appartment as clean as you found it on arrivel :0) The garden has a lawn, a playground and barbecuing facilities which is shared with nine other apartments. We consider all of our neighbors our friends and they will be helpful, in case you need any help or you have any questions. If you have a car there are parking-spaces right outside the door. You pay per day. The  Neighborhood: Our flat is situated in Frederiksberg in the heart of Copenhagen.  It is a friendly  neighborhood, with a good atmosphere and plenty to do . Frederiksberg is an old, historical and prestigious district. It  is a pretty quiet area with nice shopping areas, cafes, restaurants and a cinema. Around the corner you will find a beautiful small park, great take-out places, local shops and public transportation.  Among other attractions you will find Frederiksberg Garden, a large recreation park, where Frederiksberg Castle and other popular attractions are located. The area is also perfect for jogging and walking. Next to Frederiksberg Garden is the Copenhagen Zoo. On each side of Frederiksberg you will find Nørrebro and Vesterbro, a bit more trendy areas of the city, with its friendly, hip and lively vibe. Nørrebro and Vesterbro are known for the many restaurants, bars and cafés, but small galleries, theaters  and  designer shop s also attract lots of people. The inner city with the Central station, Tivoli, the City Hall, and Strøget are all within walking distance (10-15 min). The area offers great shopping, lots of cafés, parks, museums, the Royal Theater, playgrounds and cinemas.
