Pointe du Siège beach is a 10-minute walk away. The studio is located on the ground floor in a small, private, and quiet building. Free parking. You will have all the comforts and equipment to fully enjoy the advantages of the seaside resort of Ouistreham. Just to clarify, there is no Wi-Fi in the property. The space The studio is 25 m²: - There is an entrance with storage closets. - A kitchenette with microwave, traditional drip coffee maker, range hood, and 2-induction cooktop. - A separate bathroom with toilet, shower, and sink, plus a storage closet. - For sleeping, there is a sofa bed, a very comfortable convertible sofa bed. - A TV with an indoor antenna; channel reception is sometimes unreliable. - A wooden terrace to enjoy the sun and the boats sailing on the sea canal. Free parking is available right in front of the studio. Guest access Access is via a key box, for which I will provide you with the code on the day of your arrival. The studio is located on the first floor, right after the entrance hall.
