Our unique space is on the only lake in the middle of Chapel Hill NC. 5 minute drive to downtown Chapel Hill or our local University Mall with a brand new dinner theater. 3 min drive to Franklin Street and Whole Foods. Relaxing in your room with sitting area, TV and cable. If you are looking for a great restaurant or just to go shopping we would love to help. But if you prefer privacy you can get that as well. Our neighborhood is very unique in that it is sits on a lake in the middle of Chapel Hill. Our home is lakefront. Beautiful wooded old trees. Quiet & Serene. Amazing sunsets. Chapel Hill has a great public bus system. We are a 3-8 minute drive to Franklin Street, Whole Foods, University Mall and downtown. Family-friendly home. Stroller, High chair, Graco pack n play. Train table set, doll house, toys & games. Adult & Kids water life vests. Checkers & Chess games set up ready to play as well as a pool table & Foosball. Breakfast is not offered when the whole house is rented since we vacate. There is currently one non-working security camera in the foyer on the property. We understand your privacy. We do have a Zero drug policy No smoking or vaping of any type allowed! $500 fine applies for violation. We understand sometimes you need to move furniture around. If you do please return to its original position (inside and outside). Please do not take any items out of the house for any reason. Guests will be charged. We do understand that accidents happen & appliances fail at times. Please notify us if this happens and we will do everything possible to rectify ASAP. We want you to have the best stay possible.
