Dream house in Brodowin with lake access, private jetty and beautiful garden. The perfect place to enjoy the ecovillage Brodowin and the biosphere reserve Schorfheide Chorin, preferably with the whole family. Just 6 km from Chorin train station, you can also vacation here without a car. The farm shop of the Demeter farm Brodowin is a 10-minute walk or a few minutes by bike and provides you with delicious organic products. The space Our beautiful house is located in the Weißensee district at the entrance of Brodowin. We ourselves use it only temporarily and never in parallel with Air BnB rentals. Nevertheless, it is at least temporarily our home and therefore feels atmospherically a little more familiar than a pure vacation home. Two bedrooms, each with a double bed, and a children's room with a loft bed can be used. In all three bedrooms there would still be room for a baby crib or a folding mattress. There are two bathrooms with shower, one also has a bathtub. On the first floor is the large open plan living room, which leads into the kitchen. There is also the fireplace. The view goes out onto the terrace and into the beautiful, park-like garden up to Lake Weissensee. In the garden there is a balance path for all ages, a large trampoline embedded in the lawn, a swing, a fire pit and plenty of space on the lawn! Several seating areas invite you to linger at any time of the day. Towards the lake, about 100 m from the main house, is our wooden log cabin. It is equipped with its own kitchen and terrace with seating area and can be booked. It is ideal as a "children's house" for adventurers who are no longer quite small. On a plateau, accessible via a ladder, it can accommodate 4 folding mattresses or sleeping mats (folding mattresses available). An enchanted path leads through the reeds to the lake with its own jetty. A small rowing boat makes excursions on the lake possible. Guest access The entire house can be used except for 2 rooms on the second floor and the basement. Other things to note Access from the living room to the garden is via stairs.
