Spacious Home Near Chicken N Pickle (East Wichita)

This 3 bedroom home in East Wichita is a 5 minute drive from Chicken N Pickle, Whole Foods, Target, Starbucks, The Warren Theater, Red Bud Trail, and other entertainment/restaurant options. King bed, queen bed, 3 air mattresses available for use, 2 full bathrooms, 2 large living areas, fireplace, fully stocked kitchen and new appliances, washer and dryer, large fenced in yard (great for dogs), backyard patio seating with fire pit, large driveway, friendly neighbors and quiet neighborhood. The space We have beds in two of the bedrooms and multiple air mattresses to use in any room you’d like! We also have a very large couch that is extremely comfortable and plenty of blankets to help yourself to. Unlike some other Airbnb hosts, we do normally live in the house with our one dog and one cat. So you will see some normal household items around but we organize and keep plenty of space for our guests. Our upstairs bathrooms have carpet (yuck) and we’re working to update them soon, so apologies for the current state. We are also working to update the wall colors and take down wallpaper, and fix some of the doors around the house. Guest access You’re welcome to any area inside or outside but we request you don’t use the power tools in the garage and keep to the finished portion of the basement. The other area of the basement is used for storage and is not as neat. Other things to note The main bathroom has a laundry chute across from the toilet. We have a lot of automatic lights which can be powered by alexa or you can use switches. The AC/heat is accessible with the dial in the fireplace room.
