Located on the fourth and top floor (penthouse), including the ground floor. The building has an elevator, although you need to climb 5 steps to access it. The space The bedroom features a comfortable and recently purchased double bed. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, toaster, Nespresso™ coffee machine, fridge, washer-dryer, dishwasher, crockery, cooking utensils, and pans. The terrace is undoubtedly one of the highlights of the apartment. Furnished with an outdoor table and chairs, as well as a sun lounger, it offers the perfect spot to enjoy the Barcelona sunshine, have breakfast outdoors, or relax after a day of sightseeing. A quiet and private corner with unobstructed views of the city sky. The living area includes a dining table with chairs, a Smart TV, and a leather sofa. We provide bed linen and towels (one large and one small per person). To ensure your comfort from the moment you arrive, the apartment also includes a hairdryer, ironing board, and iron. You'll also find a selection of basic products at your disposal, such as dishwasher detergent, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, and laundry detergent. Additionally, the apartment comes with 2 rolls of toilet paper, oil, salt, pepper, 4 sugar packets, and 4 complimentary coffee capsules to help you settle in smoothly. Guest access Whole apartment for sole private use Other things to note IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Booking Check-in and Check-out: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out is before 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will not be possible due to cleaning schedules. The cleaning company ask me for a 4-hour window to thoroughly clean and prepare the apartments for the next guests. City Tax: The city tax is not included in the final booking price and must be paid before arrival. Guests aged 17 and over are required to pay €9.50 per night. This tax is applicable for the first seven nights of your stay and may be subject to increases mandated by the Catalan Government. Guest Registration: Just like hotels or campsites, we are obligated to register our guests with local authorities. After your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to register your passport (or ID card if you are a European citizen) and pay the tourist tax. Luggage storage (before check-in and after check-out): We do not have storage room, and the cleaning company do not allow guests to leave their bags inside the apartment while the cleaning crew and laundry company have are in the apartment in order to avoid any problem. If you need a place to leave your luggage, I can recommend the website called Bounce, which list all the shops around where you could leave your bags. The services costs 6 euros per bag. Pet Policy: We regret to inform you that we are unable to accommodate pets in our apartment. Bike and Scooter Policy: For safety and security reasons, please note that bikes, electric scooters, and similar items should not be brought into the apartment or the building.
