Other things to note Important Information – Please Review Before Booking 1️⃣ Age Requirement The registered guest must be at least 25 years old and provide a valid government/state ID or driver’s license. 2️⃣ Boat Slips & Trailer Parking Boat slips and trailer parking may be reserved directly through the Sandpiper Cove website. Booking details will be included in your confirmed reservation message. 3️⃣ Peak Season Policies (March–October). This is the Emerald Coast’s busiest season. Due to high same-day turnover, we are unable to offer early check-in or late checkout. Late checkouts will incur a $100 fee to cover staffing rescheduling. 4️⃣ Hurricane / Tropical Storm Season (June–October) We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance, as refunds are not provided for tropical storms. In the event of a hurricane, we will gladly work with you to reschedule your stay. 5️⃣ Luggage Storage We are unable to store personal items or luggage before check-in or after checkout. 6️⃣ Unit Details This is a 2nd-floor unit (stairs only).
