The home is located only a short drive or golf cart ride to some of the best restaurants in the area (Finn’s and Circles) and the Apollo Beach Nature Preserve additionally, shopping and major Highways are conveniently close (Interstate 4 and Interstate 75). The space This ultra-modern styled home sits on one of the largest, original, and natural of canals. Enjoy the entire home, suitable for up to 8 guest with four queen-sized beds, one king, two bathrooms, and plenty of living spaces indoors or out to relax in! Fish off the backyard dock on a large saltwater canal or rent a boat and take a quick boat ride to Tampa Bay, Sarasota or Beer Can Island. See manatees, Stingrays and Dolphins right from the tropical backyard oasis. Relax by the screened in saltwater Pool and BBQ. Guest access Enjoy the entirety of the property! During the day, please be respectful of the neighbors. WE MANDATE ALL RENTERS TO KEEP THE NOISE DOWN AFTER 10PM DUE TO COUNTY NOISE ORDINANCE. IF WE RECEIVE A CALL ABOUT NOISY GUESTS / OR OF ANY PARTIES, YOU WILL RECIEVE A FEE WITH POSSIBLE REMOVAL FROM OUR HOME! - WE HAVE NO EXCEPTIONS ON PARTIES OF ANY KIND - Only guests permitted overnight are those who are on the reservation. - The front and both sides of the home are under video surveillance! We also have noise monitoring installed inside the pool lanai and the front entrance patio. Your phone number is automatically registered at time of check in. If the monitor senses that your group is being too loud, you will receive a warning text from Minut. Should you disregard these warning texts, further action will be taken with reservation cancellation and removal from our property with no refund (situation to be determined) - Pets of any kind are NOT allowed. Doing so will result in IMMEDIATE removal from the property AND a $700 fee. - DO NOT flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilets! - If there is any unusual debris found in the pool (trash, cardboard, plastic, paper etc.) you will be assessed a pool cleaning fee of $150. - If the property is left in a "mess" beyond a reasonable living standard, excessive trash left everywhere, the smell of smoke inside the home, disregard for the property etc. An additional cleaning fee will be requested through Airbnb in order to cover the costs associated with bringing the property back up to rentable condition. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT: -You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival. - Upon arrival, you will receive a unique security code that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out. - Ample parking, suitable for up to four cars. Getting around by car is the most convenient, but Uber and Lyft are always available. *** DISCLAIMERS! *** - We get regular pest maintenance, but we have to mention that you will come across "no see um" biting midges, little geckos, mosquitos, and very rarely a cockroach that finds its way inside from outside. The "no see um" biting midges are pesky and leave a lot of bites that become big, red, and itchy. Comes with the territory of living in Florida and on the canal. - Due to the ungated pool, we ask NO MINORS to be left unattended around the patio and pool area. - The pool pump/heater is running for 12hrs a day (10am-10pm.) During Florida's winter months, with lower temperatures, it is not likely the pool will be heated to 80 degrees (even though it is always set to 86 degrees.) The pool is cooling faster than it can heat up due to the cooler temperature outside. - Due to the dock having no railings, we ask NO MINORS to be left unattended at any time! The current when tide goes in and out can be very strong! - For everyone's safety, we do require you to sign the liability waver upon requesting to book. - The top bed of the bunk bed has a weight limit of up to 200lbs. Use at your own risk. There are 3 Arlo video cameras one infront above garage, one oneft side of house and one on right side of the house. The Arlos are recording video and audio 24/7 for security purposes. There are also 3 Minut decibel monitoring devices that only monitor noise levels. All of these devices are on the exterior of the house and are placed one at the front door and one in the back yard under the covered Lanai and one by the BBQ Area. There is also a keyless entry deadbox lock at the front door that also records video at the front door. All video cameras and noise monitors must not be moved or disabled or disconnected or turned off in anyway, including turning off the wifi. This will result in emediate termination from the property and a $500 fee.
