Very nice apartment in Labarre, Foix district.

Beautiful apartment of about 40 m2, Completely refurbished apartment, in a VERY quiet setting, close to a river ... ideal for couples or couples with 2 children. Located in Labarre, municipality of Foix (09000) 3 km from the city center of Foix and its castle. Easy and free parking. No washing machine in the apartment but you will be able to use ours without problem. There's also a laundromat nearby nearby. The space This apartment (T2) features: - a separate bedroom with wardrobe, hangers, and wardrobes. The bed (queen size, two separate mattresses) includes a duvet (extra blanket, available), sheets and two pillows. - an equipped kitchen room and living room. The kitchen is equipped with a table and four chairs, a four-burner hob (ceramic hob), an electric pyrolysis oven, a large refrigerator, a sink, an electric coffee maker, a kettle, dish towels, table sets, dishes, wine glasses, pots... Anything you need to cook. - a lounge area with a clic-clac (1 adult or 2 children) and flat screen TV in HD. - a bathroom with a shower and vanity, equipped with medium and large bath towels, floor mat washcloths, shampoo and shower gel, hairdryer, box of paper tissues. - a separate toilet with toilet paper. - Accessible washing machine, shared with the family. Possibility to wash and dry laundry (tancarville clothes dryer). There's also a laundromat nearby - We do the selective sorting, so for this purpose, we provide a basket for paper, plastics, glasses, metal,..., except for biodegradable waste to be put directly in the green bin, the rest being stored in the bin under the sink. Guest access: If you're coming from Toulouse, head towards Foix. Arriving in Labarre, take the first road on the left to enter the center of the village. You can park just before the bridge in dedicated parking spaces and/or cross the (narrow) bridge to reach the house (blue shutters) which is at the bottom of the Church's cul-de-sac just before the Church. Why choose Foix? Foix is a city at the crossroads of roads combining visits to prehistoric and middle age sites, Cathar history. This city is close to mountains for skiing (Ax les Thermes), medium mountain and high mountain hikes, mountain biking, kayaking and whitewater sports... In addition to the recently restored Château de Foix, Foix also includes many typical restaurants in the Ariege region and is home to many cultural events all year round.
