Check your dates on the calendar and send us a message with a few details about your group (ages, interests, any special plans), and we’ll happily advise on the best stay length, sauna use and off-season coastal adventures to make the most of your time here. If your preferred dates aren’t showing as available, do still get in touch – we can sometimes accommodate shorter gaps or slightly flexible arrivals, especially outside peak season. Guest access You’ll have full use of the house and garden, with the exception of one utility room and a few locked cupboards where we store our personal belongings. Other things to note Mobile phone signal is limited from the house. You can receive a stronger mobile phone signal from the top of the driveway if needed. After much resistance (due to the desire for a digital detox) we have recently installed WiFi at the house so you can receive incoming and outgoing wifi calls if needed. During key dates (eg Xmas/New Year/Easter/summer/May bank holiday) the rental price will be at a fixed higher rental price. However off season, particularly during the beautifully peaceful winter months, please do approach us for special deals. Cleaning is charged separately at £200 which includes freshly laundered linens and towels. * * PLEASE ALSO NOTE that as a result of Covid-19 government measures we will need to pass on a slightly higher cleaning fee to guests to cover the cost of extra hours spent cleaning and disinfecting between guests. We will also be asking guests to check out slightly earlier and check in slightly later to accommodate increased cleaning required during this period and asking guests to strip there own beds ready for our linen cleaning service. ** We request a damage deposit prior to your stay which is returned upon departure once our housekeeper has visited on site. We politely request that guests do not drive onto the lawn as this damages it for other guests.
