Located on the 1st floor of the residence, your 22 m² studio "Le Grappin" consists of a living room with sleeping area, dining area, equipped kitchen (completely renovated in 2024) and a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet (completely renovated in 2023). Ideal for stays for families, couples or groups of friends in Saint-Malo. Eve and Bruno welcome you year-round. Welcome home! The space Quiet, pleasant and sunny accommodation. Thanks to its warm atmosphere, you will feel right at home. Perfect for a vacation or business trip. 2 steps from the beach, you can admire the sunset over the bay of Saint-Malo. It will be the starting point for your getaways in the Saint-Malo, Cancale or Mont-Saint-Michel region. After a stroll on the ramparts of the privateer city, you'll enjoy relaxing there. Guest access - In addition to your accommodation, you will have access to the common areas of the residence where you will find at your disposal: library, laundry (washing machine and dryer), hairdryer, board games, toys, beach games, strollers, coolers, shopping carts for shopping (supermarket 150 m away and markets nearby). - Loan of baby equipment (baby bed, sheets, blanket, bathtub, high chair, booster seat for meals, potty, stroller). In this case, please let us know what you need at the time of booking. Other things to note => Check-in is between 3 p.m. and 10 p.m. with 2 reception options: - Physical reception: We can be there at the time that works for you to welcome you and hand you the keys to your accommodation. Please let us know your arrival time a few days before the start of your stay. Check-in before 3 p.m. is only possible subject to availability of the accommodation. - Self check-in: We can also offer a self check-in with a key box on request. We will send you the detailed information by email. In case of arrival after 6 p.m., you will receive detailed information directly for self check-in. => Options: - If you don't want to do the cleaning at the end of your stay, you can opt for the cleaning package. The supplement is €40 (to be paid upon arrival). - Our animal friends are welcome with a surcharge of 8 euros per day. We just ask that for everyone's sake they be well-behaved and clean.
