House for family with 2 bedrooms (bedroom 1: 1 double bed, bedroom 2: bunk beds and a bed of 80 for your children, i.e. 3 children's beds; please note no adults in children's beds) 1 Sofa bed (2 places) in the living room (room open to the kitchen-dining room). Fully-equipped kitchen. Pleasant outdoor living space. You will be at home, we leave you our house for a weekend or more. The space Baby equipment on request (baby bed, playpen, highchair, changing table, bathtub, etc.) free of charge. Towels only on request and with a fee of 10 euros extra. Expect to rent a house that is inhabited when it is not rented and not a place made only for rent, with our belongings in the cupboards... A classic coffee maker and a Dolce Gusto are available. Note: I don't iron the sheets The children's room will be closed for adult-only rentals. Guest access In the house you will have access to: Bedrooms-bathroom-kitchen-terrace. Access to the house either through the historic districts, turn right before the Diderot statue, pass a porch then first left. Or via the alley of chestnut trees, towards the city center, pass a porch and second right. Other things to note A deposit may be requested for long rentals or for New Year's, Christmas, etc. rentals, where a festive meal is organized at the house. Ask before booking. Our personal belongings remain in the house, please respect them. House equipped with a nexecure alarm system active only when the house is not occupied.
