The space A "Sun Trap" balcony leads to a large lounge. The Lounge is equipped with TV, DVD, comfortable seating for 5 people. A fully fitted kitchen with Induction Hob, Electric Fan Oven, Fridge, Microwave, Washing Machine, all utensils, crockery and cutlery you may need. A short hall way, leads to the bathroom with Bath, Shower and WC, and sink. Further down the hallway is the bedroom, with a King Size Double Bed. All Linen and Towels are provided. The whole property is fully centrally heated throughout, providing warm and comfortable accommodation when you return from your day’s activities. Guest access Guests have their own Private Parking Area, in front of the accommodation. There are 13 Oak Steps up to the Balcony of The Barn. Guests have access to the balcony at any time. The Balcony has great views over towards Lathkil / Over Haddon and the wider village. Other things to note There are a range of fabulous walks available directly from The Barn, without having to move your car! Ranging from a simple stroll around the village allowing you to appreciate the charm and uniqueness that the village of Youlgreave offers, up to a 11 mile walk over to the village of Monyash walking in a site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). Chatsworth House is only a 10 minute drive away and Haddon Hall can be accessed by walking, bus, or a car. Both are "Must See" destinations for visitors. The market town of Bakewell is 3 miles away, accessible by walking or bus from The Barn at The Old Bakery. Once you have experienced this wonderful area, you will certainly want more!
